iStaging’s VR Maker Can Now Create Floor Plans

Taipei, Taiwan(30 May 2018)

iStaging announced today the release of a brand-new feature that allows users to create floor plans right from its VR Maker app at no additional cost.

Fully integrated with iStaging’s LiveTour, the floor plan feature leverages Apple’s ARKit technology to recognize spaces and provide accurate wall measurements. By scanning all the walls of a given space, users can easily produce a floor plan displayed in bird view. The floor plan can then be exported as an image or added to a LiveTour. View how to get started:

“The floor-plan feature is an important addition to our toolset,” noted iStaging CEO Johnny Lee. “Virtual tours and floor plans are two facets of the same experience and our real estate customers expect to be able to generate them all in one go.”

The LiveTour is the number 1 rated virtual tour solution on Capterra and is used by thousands of real estate agents, interior designers and photographers in more than 60 countries. This newly added capability empowers iStaging’s customers to create a new type of deliverable which they can in turn provide to their clients.
