ThinkAnalytics Goes to Bat With New ThinkSports Applications

New sports applications expand sports metadata library, offering world’s largest base of sports recommendations

ThinkAnalytics, developer of the world’s most deployed multiplatform TV search and recommendations engine, today announced ThinkSports, its comprehensive worldwide sports metadata library. ThinkSports enables broadcasters and pay-TV providers to deliver highly-personalized recommendations to viewers based on their favorite athletes, teams and sporting events.

ThinkSports integrates Thuuz Sports service to offer the industry’s most comprehensive sports recommendations, with support for more than 50 sports across more than 20 countries and in 17 languages.

It combines comprehensive sports event-related metadata in multiple languages with the ability to provide personalized, multiple recommendations across various devices. ThinkSports makes it simple to track live and upcoming matches and events, as well as event highlights and athlete interviews, from the existing EPG. Using an advanced ratings system to see at a glance which games are most exciting, ThinkSports rates all live and upcoming matches that are of interest to each sports fan on a scale of 0-100 to enhance the personalized viewing experience.
