Eolementhe©, the collaborative multilingual-subtitling Saas platform, has been chosen by Dell Technologies for the multilingual subtitling of its events. In addition to the ease of use of its transcription and translation features, the collaborative working capacity provided by this solution was a decisive factor in Dell Technologies' decision.
Dell Technologies in fact works with several different partners, who are responsible for the production of its events in the different target countries. In this context, it is essential to provide a collaborative working interface enabling the production teams to work on the subtitles, while allowing Dell Technologies to oversee the work being carried out before it receives the completed videos, subtitled in 10 languages.
"Eolementhe is one of the rare subtitling solutions offering such extensive collaborative working options. Not only do we save time in the sphere of consultations with our partners, but there is also no compromise in the quality of subtitling of our events. We are very satisfied with this partnership", Dell Technologies' EMEA Event Manager Pascal Nuger explains.
Videomenthe collaborated with Dell Technologies to create a customised workflow, involving both the production companies and Dell Technologies' teams in this process. Once the subtitles have been automatically generated by Eolementhe's AI tools (providing transcription and translation into several languages) the correction and validation stages allow the various users to intervene, guaranteeing a seamless, rapid, efficient process.
"Eolementhe is perfectly suited to the requirements of international companies which need to involve multiple participants, both internal and external, in the subtitling process. The great advantage offered by our solution is that of allowing users to work within the cloud platform, thereby avoiding time-consuming exchanges of emails which can lead to errors being made. We also pay great attention to our customers' needs and work hand-in-hand with them to ensure that they gain the greatest benefit from our solutions", Videomenthe CEO Muriel le Bellac notes.
