Bitmovin Appoints Ian Baglow as Co-Chief Executive Officer
Bitmovin has appointed Ian Baglow as Co-CEO alongside existing CEO and Co-Founder Stefan Lederer.

Leading provider of video streaming solutions, Bitmovin, has appointed Ian Baglow as Co-CEO alongside existing CEO and Co-Founder Stefan Lederer. Under this structure, Baglow will lead day-to-day operations and work to strengthen the business with customers and partners while Lederer will focus on strategic developments and the wider market.
Baglow joined Bitmovin in 2021 as Chief Revenue Officer where he was responsible for overseeing the revenue function, with a focus on customer retention and new customer acquisition. His role expanded in 2024 when he became the company’s President, Chief Revenue and Operations Officer. Having held several executive roles prior to joining Bitmovin, Baglow has significant leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully executing business strategies in scale-ups, new markets and products, to drive growth. Baglow’s career includes executive level positions at BAE Systems and SilverSky.
