Annie Krukowska is Founder & Strategic Advisor on TV Economics at annimoIQ. She advises senior leaders across the television industry on economics and value creation. Her work focuses on how broadcasters, platforms and IP owners redesign commercial models as distribution fragments and AI reshapes the market. She has worked across organisations including the BBC, ITV, Sky, TalkTalk TV, Publicis and Microsoft Advertising. She hosts Media:Unscripted, a series of conversations with leaders across the global television industry, and writes on the changing economics of television for TVREV.

Krukowska will be joined on the virtual stage by Streaming Media Contributing Editor Nadine Krefetz. Krukowska and Krefetz will open the show with an exclusive Fireside Chat on “The Changing Economics of Streaming” in which they will explore the key financial trends that will shape streaming in 2027. Krukowska will also discuss viewing patterns, content licensing, how AI is changing the ways streaming platforms target audiences, and how media consolidation impacts monetisation, content licensing, and even ad revenue.

Laura Florence brings nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry to her current position as SVP, Global Channels at Fremantle. In this role, Laura oversees the Fremantle flagship U.S. game show network BUZZR, in addition to all channel offerings across major streaming platforms globally featuring classic Fremantle series such as The Price Is Right, Family Feud, Baywatch, Jamie Oliver, and more.

Her Day Two-opening keynote fireside chat with Ring Digital llc’s Brian Ring is titled “CTV Advertising in the FAST Era: Unlocking Growth in FAST and Meeting the Needs of Advertisers.” FAST has continued to grow in both scale and engagement, making it an exciting opportunity in CTV. As the market evolves, so too do the expectations of advertisers and distribution partners. Fremantle’s Global Channels unit consists of more than 20 FAST channels worldwide, including BUZZR, Rig TV, and Baywatch. In her discussion with Brian Ring, Laura Florence will discuss how Fremantle is meeting the needs of advertisers, touch upon some of the common misconceptions around measurement and scale, and explore what is needed to unlock the next phase of growth for this ecosystem.

Collin Castellaw is a media executive, entrepreneur, and digital content strategist with more than 15 years of experience building at the intersection of sports, media, and the creator economy. He is the co-founder of PlayersTV, founder of Shot Mechanics Basketball, and co-founder and president of ProClass. His work spans athlete-led programming, audience growth, content production, and consulting engagements with Nike Basketball, Jordan Brand, and the NBA.

Castellaw’s Day Three keynote, in conversation with Streaming Media Editor-in-Chief Steve Nathans-Kelly, is titled “Building Athlete Media 2.0: How PlayersTV Approaches Athlete–Fan Connections, Co-Ownership, and Content Strategy.” Today’s sports fans are increasingly looking to follow athletes beyond live games and teams and connect with them on a more individual, influencer, day-to-day level. For athletes, this means sharing more of their lifestyles and cultivating and capitalising on their personal brands. For streamers, this means creating and distributing engaging content from docs to reality TV to health and wellness and more. PlayersTV, a full-service, 360° distribution ecosystem built on ownership-level partnerships with athletes, may be the first channel to approach athlete-centric content as a genre unto itself like cooking or kids & family or anime. It targets fans who want to “follow athletes at a higher clip,” according to Castellaw. In this exclusive keynote fireside chat, Castellaw will discuss the platform’s content and monetisation strategy and how PlayersTV sees and aims to define the future of athlete media.
