Unicorn and Nexeven Partner for International Distribution

Digital media management provider Unicorn Media and Nexeven, which offers end-to-end online media delivery and management, have announced a strategic partnership that will have Nexeven marketing Unicorn's mobile monetization and workflow optimization products in over 60 countries. Unicorn is based in Tempe, Arizona, while Nexeven has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nexeven is also a Series A investor in Unicorn. It markets products in Scandinavia, Western Europe, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Russia, and is planning further expansion to Asia and Africa.

Unicorn Media's offerings help video publishers raise revenue from their content on connected devices. They system is also designed to streamline workflows and simplify file management. The company's flagship Unicorn Once system lets publishers ingest a file one time, then stream to any video-enabled device with a single URL. Once also includes dynamic ad insertion and real-time analytics. The company claims that customers can stream to over 4,400 devices.
