Phil Cooper is BrightRoll's European Managing Director. As BrightRoll Expands into the United Kingdom and European market Phil is responsible for heading up the EU Headquarters in London, England and leading the company’s expansion into the European Market. Prior to joining BrightRoll, Phil set up the UK’s first Video Advertising Network, Utarget.co.uk in 2005 which he subsequently raised VC for to support expansion into Europe. In 2008, he sold the business to Fox (Newscorp) remaining on board for 18 months to integrate the business across their global footprint of over 30 countries. Since leaving Fox in 2010, he helped launch Havas’s Adnetik DSP into Europe. Phil’s passion for video combined with an expertise in data targeting make him the perfect leader for BrightRoll’s European expansion.
