Nigel Prankard is a DVB Product Manager for Panasonic, based in the European TV Design Centre in Cardiff his role is in Digital TV technology and standardisation throughout Europe. Nigel has worked for Panasonic for 26 years and been involved in Analogue TV manufacturing, Digital set top box design and now investigation into technology and standards for Digital TV products. Nigel is involved in many of the industry groups including DVB (3DTV Commercial Module Secretary), Digital Europe (E Book Chairman) and DTG Technical Council.
