RocketJump and Youku Tudou Collaborate to Distribute and Produce Content in China
Partnership Marks Major International Digital Studio Partnership for Youku Tudou

RocketJump, one of the world’s leading digital entertainment companies and Youku Tudou, Inc. (NYSE: YOKU), a leading multi-screen entertainment and media company in China ("Youku Tudou"), announced today that they entered into an exclusive collaboration that will bring RocketJump content to Youku Tudou’s 580 million MUV. Under the terms of the agreement, Youku Tudou will be the official platform for RocketJump content in China set to debut over the coming months with future plans for collaborative original content creation next year.
Youku Tudou’s diverse content mix consists of one the largest collection of web native content in China and a continually expanding library of domestic and international licensed content. Youku Tudou is committed to building an open ecosystem to attract more PGC partners to capitalize on the next stage of online video which focuses on more interactive and participatory web native video content. For the first time, Youku Tudou will cooperate multifold with an international digital entertainment company to launch a channel that focuses on distributing overseas PGC content, partner on original content production and jointly collaborate with PGC creators in China.

The Youku Tudou partnership announcement comes on the heels of RocketJump’s recently-announced move into original VR content. Their Hulu original series, “RocketJump: The Show,” is slated to premiere December 2, 2015.
