A prestigious banking network institution in the Arab States is using Quicklink to provide a Live Media uplink encoding network solution for high quality, low latency streams. The Arab Bank needed to broadcast live 2 way audio interviews and video transmissions of financial reports from various business and financial institutions throughout the region and transmit simultaneously to the 24-hour television channel.
Quicklink provided a solution which allowed the television station to receive the 2 live audio and broadcast video from banking and finance institutions in the region.
The finance reports are now easily transmitted in broadcast high quality live video footage and viewed at the control centre with SDI Monitors.
The Quicklink 3008 Encoder which was used in the setup solution of the solution has been specially designed to be an ideal tool for this requirement. The encoder benefits from pre-set approved profiles that are optimised with advanced error concealment to work seamlessly on the public internet whilst maintaining broadcast quality. The encoding units are simple to operate or can be easily remotely operated by the receiving control centre. The 3008 Encoders are Tally light compatible and benefit from the Quicklink iAPS system (inbuilt Audio Protection System) which automatically prioritises and focuses on the audio to ensure that the audio broadcast continues in clear stereo sound without breakup.
