MovingImage today announced that the company’s secure Enterprise Video Platform (EVP) is now available as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Operating the solution on Microsoft Azure not only guarantees flexibility and high availability for international users, it also enables them to access a wide range of services on Microsoft Azure that perfectly complement the features of the EVP, such as the text-to-speech function and image recognition services that are offered as part of Microsoft Cognitive Services.

And for those companies that require it, the public-cloud version of EVP on Microsoft Azure can specifically be hosted in European data centers where the data is subject to European data protection regulations.
