DAZN Live Weekend Global Streams Reach More Than 65 Million

A record 2.7 million global concurrent viewers streamed matches from Italy’s Serie A, Germany’s Bundesliga, MotoGP in Spain, as well as the NFL and the Premier League in Canada and Spain

DAZN, the leading global sports streaming platform, today announced that its live global sports viewing figures reached a total of well over 65 million streams across internet-enabled devices this weekend. DAZN achieved another milestone with over 2.7 million global concurrent viewers streaming sports content at a single moment over the weekend. These new numbers indicate a shift from traditional linear broadcasting to subscription-based streaming, whereby fans from across the world enjoy premium sports from their choice of internet-enabled device.

Over the weekend, DAZN streamed such key sporting fixtures as Torino v Juventus, Fiorentina v Napoli, Sassuolo v Internazionale, Atalanta v Milan and Roma v Empoli (Serie A) across Italy, Bayern München v Eintracht Frankfurt, Mainz 05 v Union Berlin and Arminia Bielefeld v Bayer Leverkusen (Bundesliga) across DACH, the Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas (MotoGP) in Spain, and Liverpool v Manchester City (EPL) in Canada and Spain.
