Will Hambling - Strategic Director – Within Design Ltd

Will has been responsible for undertaking and delivering many strategic projects from the launching of the Government’s Health Challenge England campaign for then Prime Minister Tony Blair, to a live broadcast of The May Day Climate Change Summit with Prince Charles for 3 consecutive years. Will has worked in the UK, France, The United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong to deliver projects in almost every sector.

As Strategic Director at Within Design Will saw the potential for Streaming in the live event space very early (3 years too early!) Will and Simon first met in 2007 when a brief to deliver a live climate change summit for HRH The Prince of Wales became a Within Design project with incredible sponsorship from BT and others.

Will is not a tech but is responsible for defining the roadmap that the product (Reach Streaming) takes. The product is very business led and user driven working on the mission “To make attending an event online, as good as, if not better than being there in person’.

Most recently Will has been engaged in project delivery for Number 10 Downing Street, The Royal Mail, The Prince’s Trust and The National Health Service. The nature of much of his work is supporting Government Departments in public and professional engagement to enable policy creation and guidance – streaming and social media are now becoming a major part of this.
