Discounts
We’re offering your colleagues a 40% discount to attend this year’s
Streaming Media Europe. Register as a group and benefit from these massive savings.
Organisations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly by the following discounted rates for full conference registrations only.
Up to 16 September: First person £810.00 (£675.00 + VAT); second person and all additional registrants £486.00 (£405.00 + VAT).
After 16 September: First person £870.00 (£725.00 + VAT); second person and all additional registrants £522.00 (£435.00 + VAT).
All registrants for group discounts must be sent to Information Today Ltd. under one cover. Online registrations must be submitted on the same day.
Discounts are not applicable for pre-conference workshops.
Cancellations and Substitutions
No refunds will be allowed for non-attendance or cancellation after 16 September 2011. An Administrative fee of £50 (+VAT) will be charged for
any cancellation received after a firm booking has been made. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 16 September 2011.
Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After 16 September all changes must be made at the
conference.
