Matrox Monarch EDGE 4K/Quad HD, Low-Latency, SRT-Ready Encoder with 12G SDI and SMPTE ST 2110 Connectivity

The Matrox® Monarch EDGE is a 4K/quad HD, low-latency, SRT-ready encoder with next-generation I/O (12G SDI and SMPTE ST 2110) designed for live broadcast/web contribution and remote integration (REMI) workflows. As a multi-channel broadcast H.264 contribution encoder, Monarch EDGE is capable of transporting 4:2:2 10-bit video at resolutions up to 3840x2160 at 60 fps. This low-power appliance with a compact half-width 1RU footprint is equally suited as a 4K web-contribution encoder or as a remote-feed encoder for remote integration applications.

Part of the larger family of Matrox encoders, Matrox Monarch EDGE supports a number of encapsulation and transport protocols to deliver video over GigE networks. The optimized H.264 codec minimizes encoding latencies to enable live production applications while also keeping data rates exceptionally low—and without sacrificing quality.

Matrox Monarch HD Professional Streaming and Recording Appliance

Matrox® Monarch HD is a small, easy-to-use video streaming and recording appliance designed for professional video producers to stream a live event while simultaneously recording a higher, master quality version for post-event editing or archiving. From any HDMI input source such as a camera or switcher, Matrox Monarch HD generates an H.264-encoded stream compliant with RTSP or RTMP protocols. While encoding the video at bitrates suitable for live streaming, Matrox Monarch HD simultaneously records a high-quality MP4 or MOV file to an SD card, a USB drive, or a network-mapped drive. Matrox VS4Recorder Pro Multi-Channel Recording Software and Quad HD-SDI Card for PC

Matrox® VS4Recorder Pro is designed for use with Matrox VS4 quad HD SDI capture cards. Each VS4Recorder Pro system frame-accurately captures up to four video and audio inputs to create files for use with popular editing apps from Adobe, Apple and Avid and for archiving. H.264 is provided in either MOV or MP4 wrappers.

The Matrox VS4Recorder Pro software frame-accurately record four live audio/video feeds using a Matrox VS4 quad HD SDI capture card. VS4Recorder Pro is ideal for recording live multi-camera productions like concerts and sporting events to create video assets that can be easily repurposed and archived.
