SNTV Partners with KIT digital to Bring Exclusive World Cup Video Coverage to Fans on Any Device Across the Globe

Prague(12 May 2010)

KIT digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITD), a leading global provider of on-demand software solutions for managing and monetizing Internet Protocol (IP)-based video assets, has expanded its partnership with Sports Network Television (SNTV), the world's leading sports news video agency, to provide full coverage of this year's 19th FIFA World Cup from June 11 to July 11, 2010 to fans across the globe over the three screens: computer, mobile and TV.

SNTV, a partnership between IMG Media and The Associated Press, provides television broadcasters with top quality footage of the sports news of the day. SNTV is the only non-linear broadcast accredited agency that will be reporting on all World Cup matches between 32 teams in 9 cities across South Africa. SNTV will have dedicated, on-site crews covering breaking news and reactions, interviews with players and coaches, training coverage, and press conferences.

KIT digital will provide SNTV with a complete end-to-end solution through its VX-one platform, with services that include: editing tools for transforming the raw footage into broadcast-ready clips, providing localization services for the video content in a number of languages (e.g. English, Spanish, Portuguese & Polish), customization tools for modifying the video with logos, headers, name slates and other graphics to meet SNTV's clients' preferences, syndication and instant and simultaneous delivery of the coverage in all formats to over 500 websites, mobile operators, and commercial news broadcasters globally.

"KIT digital's robust video platform enables us to offer the most comprehensive World Cup coverage to the widest global audience," said Elizabeth Eastham, Sales Manager at SNTV. "With greater flexibility around video content packaging, localization and delivery, we are able to better serve our clients by offering more content across more screens as well as reach new clients in new markets."

KIT digital will also be providing video players with pre-loaded content to SNTV's clients, which will expand their service offering to news organizations that do not have sophisticated IP video ingestion capabilities.

"Using VX-one, SNTV can provide their global client base with extensive, feature-rich video content that is easy and affordable to access and distribute," said Elin Askfelt, head of content services at KIT digital. "We are excited to extend our work with such a globally renowned sports news provider to meet the growing demand around the world for topical and instantaneous video content over multiple devices."

KIT digital has partnered with SNTV in the past to deliver exclusive coverage of the some world's largest sporting events, including the 2008 European Cup and the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games.
