Nordija Expands To Support Accelerated Growth and Innovation
Nordija A/S, a leading provider of open OTT/ITV platform solutions is expanding its management organization in order to drive continued growth.

Key changes include the following:
Claus Weng has been named Chief Technology Officer. Claus, a seasoned IPTV expert, will drive the continued innovation and development of the widget based fokusOn platform which service providers worldwide can rely on for delivering a rich multi-screen IPTV experience. As a long time Nordija team member he has been the key driver behind the HTML5 widget engine.
Paul Martin Schwartz has joined the company as its Chief Commercial Officer, a newly established position created to accelerate Nordija’s business development. Paul, who brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecoms industry, will focus on managing the company’s global sales and marketing activities.
Michael Reib is now Vice President of Professional Services which handles delivery, support and training services. Michael has been at Nordija since the beginning of its IPTV activities and has seen TV deployments in all shapes and sizes, which is critical knowledge for any client in this space.
On the software development side, Nordija continues its strategic partnership with the software development company, Bitlayer. In addition, to bolster Nordija’s commitment to outstanding user experience, a cooperation has been established with the leading UX developer Tactel.
Nordija will be demonstrating the fokusOn widget based IPTV middleware solution at TV Connect 2013, taking place on 19-21 March 2013 at Olympia, London, stand #272.
