Digital TV Labs and Testronic Labs Merge as Eurofins Digital Testing
Both Digital TV Labs and Testronics Labs were recently acquired by Eurofins Scientific, the global €1.5 billion QA group. They are now merging to form the world’s largest media delivery and device quality assurance (QA) company; Eurofins Digital Testing.

Digital TV Labs and Testronics Labs are merging to form a larger media delivery and device quality assurance (QA) company named Eurofins Digital Testing. The new company will combine the complementary range of testing products and services from three sites in Bristol UK, Diepenbeek Belgium and Hong Kong.
Digital TV Labs and Testronics Labs were recently acquired by Eurofins Scientific, the global €1.5 billion QA group. With a skilled pool of over 150 employees, the new Eurofins Digital Testing will be one of largest specialist test companies in the world, providing services to digital TV operators, consumer device manufacturers and related organisations.
Andy Hickman becomes the CEO for the UK and Hong Kong and Johan Craeybeckx is the CEO for the Belgium operation. Eurofins Digital Testing now can offer a wide range of end-to-end operator QA services including automation and on-site test resourcing, in addition to the provision of specialist test tools, and consumer device conformance and certification services. The company will have the widest range of testing services covering HbbTV, DVB, HDMI, USB, Wi-Fi, DLNA, DASH, MPEG, audio, MirrorLink, CI-Plus, DRM, CAS, RDK and W3C, combined with market-leading automation tools.
