Accedo Connect powers British Council 60 Second World Challenge for TV

Accedo, market-leading enabler of Smart TV and IPTV solutions, today announced that it has partnered with the British Council to launch a multi-device English-language educational quiz app powered by Accedo Connect. 

The British Council's 60 Second World Challenge is available across Asia on Samsung Smart TV, Galaxy phones and Galaxy tablets, and is aimed at helping consumers improve their English language.

This app is powered by the Accedo Connect platform, allowing for advanced multi-device usage where the quiz can be played in a multiplayer mode where up to four mobile device players can play against each other using the TV as the display.

Accedo Connect is a cloud-based solution that enables efficient pairing and connections between any number of devices and allowing for instant data communication between each such device. Accedo Connect offers a simple and user-friendly way to solve the problem of cross-platform device pairing and messaging. The platform unleashes the creativity in building innovative TV/Mobile applications across platforms.
