Kinura is a creative web video agency that specialises in live webcasting and live event video production.

We need a full-time Production Manager with a thorough and demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of live video production including camera setups, lighting, editing and sound.

Experience of live, multi-camera production is essential.

The successful applicant with be responsible for:

  • Specifying, transporting, installing and running our live, multi-camera production units.
  • Liaising with venues and clients and coordinating projects from start to finish.
  • Booking extra crew and equipment as needed.
  • Coordinating the editing of recorded content to short deadlines.

You must be a fast learner and able to familiarise yourself with our encoding and streaming production workflows in a matter of weeks.

The role is often client facing so you'll to need to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, suppliers and partners.

You'll report directly to the company Directors and work alongside our in-house team and a roster of freelance producers, filmmakers, editors and web developers.

You need to demonstrate that you can work in a team, but the role requires you to work independently a great deal of the time, therefore you'll need to be highly organised and motivated.


Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience of multi-camera production and live vision mixing
  • Thorough understanding of live event AV tech, including audio, lighting & graphics
  • Excellent knowledge of the video production process
  • Ability to use a variety of different cameras
  • Editing experience using Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere
  • Good all-round digital and I.T. skills
  • Good office and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Clean UK Driving License



  • Knowledge of live streaming workflows and encoding hardware/software
  • Photoshop and/or After Effects
  • Knowledge of cloud-based video platforms and CDNs
  • Experience of live studio production
  • Health & Safety training
