Responsibilities
(i) Delivery
- Manage MerchantCantos webcasting corporate clients on a day to day basis
- Work closely with our in-house team of producers and engineers
- Help clients to determine the best solutions to meet the communications
needs of each event (Network infrastructure, codecs/streaming formats)
- Manage webcasting locations and advising clients on the resources
required (Connectivity, signal acquisition, venue coordination)
- On-site and off-site management and client handling of webcasting
events
- taking responsibility for the quality of service provided to clients
- providing support for ongoing client needs
(ii) Business development
- Providing advice to MerchantCantos’ client teams to assist in webcasting pitches
and proposals to both existing and new clients
- Monitoring best practice in webcasting services and pricing
- Driving the development of additional multi-media based products
(iii) Suppliers
- Build strong and productive working relationship with internal customer and AV vendors
- Operational management of all webcast-related suppliers to include invoicing
