Streaming Spotlight is a new regular feature where our "man on the ground" in Europe, Dom Robinson, is asking companies to answer (some of) a fixed set of questions, and present their answers as a video stream, to provide working examples of their skills and capabilities.

If you would like the Spotlight to shine on your company, or an individual or organisation you think would be of interest to the community, then drop us a line on dom@streamingmedia.com. Here are the questions:
• Name/Company
• Streaming/Market proposition
• Starting point/Founded when?
• Voyage up to now/Growth
• Latest news/Most recent announcement
• Wildest streaming dream/Ambition
• Worst streaming disaster (only for the brave!)
• Favourite streaming technology that is not theirs
• Favourite streaming technology that is theirs
• Favourite sci-fI or similarly geeky superhero or character.
• Best video ever seen streaming on IP.
• Gossip/Industry speculation of the moment

To get the ball rolling we have taken a look at brandcast.tv, a new facilities provider in central London, focused on providing services for studio (and soon outside broadcast) productions for the internet in short form.

Their launch in late April was attended by a large number of interested groups and met with a great deal of positive feedback. Their facilities are impressive: Walk in and shoot. They have an extended audio studio too, so your productions won't just look great, but they will sound great too.

Brandcast.tv is an independent sister company to Brandcast Media, which has many years of experience across the broadcast publishing sector.

So with no further ado, why not click the link below to see more about them...
