Telecom giant and ISP Cyberia/IDM has chosen Motama Servers
Live TV service for TVs, tablets, laptops and mobile phones to be launched

Cyberia and IDM are two major ISPs that merged in 2012, thus becoming the leading private ISP in Lebanon. The new live TV service of Cyberia/IDM is being built by IP specialist and system integrator Digidata and is based completely on Motama servers. The Motama servers cover the complete pipeline of this service, including DVB gateways for acquisition of TV channels, transcoders for high-quality conversion to multiple bitrates, and servers for Internet/OTT streaming and IPTV multicast transmission. This setup is augmented by Motama's RelayCaster servers, a solution for building a customized Content Delivery Network (CDN) for distributing live streams to different cities, regions and countries using cost-effective IP networking only.
