The aim of this partnership is to associate the know-how and the complementary expertise of each company to offer a secured and comprehensive content solution for connected screens to access providers and manufacturers (web TV, VOD portals, IPTV, tablets, connected TVs, consoles…).
Movidone handles the content by offering pre-embedded content solutions that are compliant with the most demanding security standards. On its side, Wiztivi deals with the interface, "the container”, by insuring the creation of interactive TV channels over TV 2.0 services offered by internet access providers and manufacturers.
Such a complementarity technology between Movidone and Wiztivi enables to drive content vendors to connected screens and to develop brand new interactive services on TV, ensuring a consistent TV viewing experience on any screen. This partnership has already proved beneficial as Movidone and Wiztivi collaborated in December 2013 in the launch of the new GameOne channel over all the connected gaming platforms (PS4/PS3 from Sony Computer Entertainment) with Viacom International Media Networks. From now on, Playstation gamers bearing a PSN account can get a subscription to see GameOne channel and its Replay service, which turned GameOne into the first channel available on PLAYSTATION platforms.
Movidone and Wiztivi collaborate on several on-going and innovating projects, namely two projects to be launched by the end of 2014.
