Football fans now have a new destination online, and it's called Love Football. In July, 2012, video technology and services company Rightster announced that it would be working with MP & Silva, which owns and manages media rights for sports events, to create and manage new YouTube channels. Today, both companies announced the first results of that agreement. Rightster, MP & Silva, and YouTube have entered a partnership to create Love Football, which will offer international football videos.

The channel will feature highlights from Italy's Serie A, France's Ligue 1, U.S. Major League Soccer, Brazil's Serie A, and England's Championship, FA Cup, and Capital One Cup. Content includes highlight clips from recent matches, weekly highlights and news, goal clips, interviews with players and managers, documentaries, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Content is organized by league. A tabbed interface lets viewers see videos from and subscribe to whichever league they prefer.

"Rightster's audience development team in London and New York have already been busy working to alert fans and build the loyal and passionate subscriber base these channels deserve. For the first time, Rightster provides MP & Silva with centralised visibility and control of all its sports rights, including complex geographic restrictions and release windows, across both YouTube and all other platforms and publishers -- allowing them to do the best possible job for each League," says Charlie Muirhead, founder and CEO of Rightster.
